Position Summary
The Grill Cook is responsible for preparation of food items while complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene guidelines. This position ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the restaurant’s specifications and commitment to quality. This position ensures appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
This is a tipped position, between $3 - $4 per hour in tips. Wage is hourly plus tips.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Employee is regularly exposed to kitchen equipment (e.g., oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives). The employee will spend 100% of the time standing and may be exposed to cold and hot conditions and water.
